Position Overview
JUC Facility Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team. We are looking for full-time independent contractors who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and outstanding customer care. Cleaners travel directly to clients’ homes throughout the Tucson area. We offer flexible scheduling, consistent client assignments, opportunities for higher pay based on performance, and a supportive team culture that values professionalism, reliability, and quality service.
Pay – $20.00–$25.00 per hour (starting at $20.00; higher rates based on experience)
• 1099 independent contractor positions.
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses.
• No employee benefits are provided.
Schedule
• Full-time cleaning opportunities available.
• Contractors indicate their availability and accept assignments that fit their schedule.

• Oro Valley
• Vail
• Sahuarita
Responsibilities
• Perform residential cleaning services according to company quality standards.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude with clients.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with the JUC Facility Solutions team regarding scheduling, delays, job updates, client requests, and any issues that arise. Communication is the key to our success. We value clear, honest, and timely communication because it allows us to deliver exceptional service, support one another as a team, and build lasting relationships with our clients.
• Report concerns, damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately.
Requirements
• Residential cleaning experience is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Travel directly to clients’ homes throughout the service area.
• Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Carry your own liability insurance as an independent contractor.
• Don’t have insurance yet? No problem. We can refer you to a trusted provider that offers affordable monthly coverage. JUC Facility Solutions does not provide or pay for contractor insurance.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
